anorexia has been the problem for many women these days trying to copy their mentors. the mentors for people today have become celebrities. some celebrities may have a drug addiction, alcoholics, gamblers and even sex addicts. but what attracts most young women is the physique of the thin and fat less women celebrities. because of their image that they give over to society through advertisements or just in tv shows and movies drive people to act unnaturally and starve themselves. being thin is very healthy and had a a lot of advantages to your body, but starving yourself only makes your body weaker and more prone to weight gain. fluctuating diets that women are on every other day only messes up their metabolism even more and makes them gain more weight whenever they eat more than they usually do. i dont think its very healthy to eat only 200 calories a day. and if you anorexic i don't know why you should be eating a doughnut in the mornings, but them you punish yourself the whole day by just drinking coffee. that is also unhealthy to consume a lot of caffeine. i do not understand caroline kanpp's way of dieting. especially when she went from 200 calories a day to sometimes 6000 calories a day

"Add Cake, Subtract Getting Anywhere in Life" a parody by Me.
If you want to get anywhere in this world, especially if you're a woman, you have to look your absolute best. Now, naturally and obviously, as dictated by our heroes on the TV, the only way to look good is by being skinny. We're not talkin' 110 pounds skinny. We're talkin' 65 pounds, 3 ounces, skinny. But you need to have the self discipline to rise up in this crazy world.
Everywhere you go you see ads for fast food and delicious food, and things that make you crave anything edible. You need to have the WILLPOWER to rise up against that urge to eat! You need to put that feeling of deathly starvation to the side and get to work as a model. How dare they try to tell you to eat more than one cracker a day. This is your life, live it the best you can.
Just think what all your coworkers are going to think when they see you lookin' your best. They'll see your protruding collar bones and they'll think, yes, now that's sexy.
So you CAN do it. Resist all that nasty, greesy, fatty, unhealthy, inedible, Chinese, unattractive, unnecessary, food. Get a life. Starve yourself a little. Everyone will love you!
